Blinds instead of curtains.....

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by TheGazman, Jul 11, 2014.

  1. Decided we want roll up blinds rather than curtains, which is fine for 3 side windows and the rear hatch, but what about the sliding door? Anyone on here got blinds, and if so how did you get around fitting it where the sliding door rail is?...... or maybe it should just mount on the sliding door, or even just have a popper on curtain on the door that comes right off, as that's what we'll probably do for the front as with Westie front curtains. Any thoughts/pictures ? TLB it's over to you !

I have rising roller blinds instead of curtains. I couldn't come up with a way to do the sliding door so I have a loose one for this that clips onto the door.

Why not simply drape a tarp over the whole van? :)

One of those green ones from Jewsons pegged down either side of the van.*
Then in the morning, simply lift up the side and add poles and guyropes for an instant rainproof sun canopy. :)
*Also a good cure for a leaky pop-top and all for less then £50
