Birdy's Busses * Top Garage *

Spent last Wednesday evening at Stuart's garage. I managed to snap one of spindles that attaches the wiper arms to the motor. I was fitting new wiper arms and thought I'll just give that nut one more tweak...........SNAP !!

After getting two new spindles I arranged with Stuart to go over last Wednesday and get it sorted.

Well what a nightmare they are to change. Ended up taking the the top of the dash off, which is always worrying when you see everything in bits. The threaded spindles are a right pain to remove the washers and nuts, but Stuart soldiered on helped by black coffee and some eighties disco on the radio !!

Everything went back together fine and the motor turned the new wiper arms, ready for the summer !!

Big thanks to Stuart for working very late and getting this done. Was an enjoyable night.

Excellent job and very very well priced.

Would recommend Stuart to anyone who needs work done on their bus.

I did the same to mine but i managed to get the whole assembly out by removing the glove box and the radio

 

I let Birdy lose on pinky at the start of the year and he did an incredible job!

Would also def recommend

I let him loose on my bus too, he fitted a new clutch and fuel tank sender hes encouragingly pedantic (only pefection will do) and very fairly priced!

I keep hearing birdys good with busses but never any coment on his sexual performance

Then again maybe his sexual peak is peeing in a bottle as ive heard loads about that


Actually i love the fact people take there bus to a guy renowed for peeing in bottles
