Someone on here returned from a bit of travelling on a yellow or jaffa bus. They took a picture of what looked like shelved fields or paddy fields with the bus in the lower corner. I thought that was a terrific picture and it gets my vote. If only i could remember whom it was.
i'd imagine in america? i recall they made these tunnels through giant redwood trees - somewhere in the depths of my mind i read it somewhere. also noticed the bay only has one wiper and its on the left side so possibly lhd country just call me poirot.
I liked one on the 3,000,000,000 chrisradioman took but can't remember which one it was and my laptop graphics card blew up scrolling through looking for it ;-)
I didn't take it my then girlfriend now wife took it over 20yrs ago with an old school film point and click camera. I love it not for what it is but for the memories it invokes. I loved the van, the dogs and the location (and her I suppose) The dogs and van are now all sadly gone. Pre kids, wild camping just some salad beer and any fish I could catch for sustainance ( oh and a pub twenty minutes walk away) Captured a special moment, how fondly I remember that great ahem I was taking in the lake (not really)
Nice photos this is my fave one I have taken as I like; the clouds, the fact it was first thing in the morning, we had just woken up and we had the place to ourselves also it was a good couple of nights spent with our friends on the beach and their sons first camper experience when we travelled we had good photos of stuck on a mountain in snow but lost them when the computer broke
The giant red wood picture is from hotomix: I dream of a Hippie Holiday a blog from a young lady's travels with VW's---enjoy And another from the past..
