Best smell ever........?

    Johan is mowing the grass using some of my old Avgas and Castrol A747 mix.
    The smell takes me back to proper GP racing, haven't had that memory for years.
    So, what's your absolute favourite smell?

    the smell of that glossy plastic that they used to use for cot matresses in the 60s......only because it reminds me of being a baby....no actual memory of course but that smell transports me back instantaneously.......

    the other smell I like is the opaque plastic liner you get in a box of chocolates, or the corrugated papery cover in a box of Matchmakers....Swan Vesta matches....Sobranie Black Russian fags....Jura malt....there's too many

    The girls changing room at school after showers. I loved that smell, meant we could get out of hidey hole in the boiler cupboard and Dennis Breeze' s bad breath would have gone out of my face.
