Airport duty free lounge. Go around all the free drink tasting places. There are always loads at 9 a.m. and when you've done them all go around again - the people serving the drinks change over regularly - or so I'm told
I used to from grain.. 5 gallons a brew.. But didn't really consume it quick enough... Then I developed some gout pain so eased back on real ale. The new local Lidl has some nice real ales too...
Had a similar experience... We once missed our flight in Denmark, a connecting work flight to Sweden, as they had free Tuborg Gold pumps in the lounge, Heard them calling our names over and over on the tannoy.. Had to collect our luggage that had been removed And rearrange another flight,
Years back in the 90s I did a tour of the 4 xxxx brewery in Australia . Me and a bunch of rowdy young hostel lads. At the time. At the end you get a free beer at the bar. But for some reason. Our tour was late as they had grade school kids from Another tour close behind us.. And we were a bunch of sinister backpackers. Who wouldn’t take no for an answer,,,So we got them to give us all a slab each. In order for us to leave.. The bizarre thing I thought was they actually have 10 year old school kids at a brewery tour ..?
Do a brewery tour at The Ludlow brewery,you can drink samples until the cows come home,we did a tour there and the guide was a retired policeman who was only to willing to keep em coming
I know its not beer ...But if you call in to Roger Wilkins Cider barn at Mudgley near Wedmore Somerset you will probably get a pint and a half for nowt ....and if you buy some it's about a tenner a gallon , a give away at 7% .
