Most 80's movies I've ever seen were on freebie CD's with newspapers ...

Great picture though, really noticed the poorer quality of VHS plus much smaller tapes

Found it.

 

The remote plugged in bottom right or maybe that was the mike as we use to edit videos, might of been behind a flat at the front.

No it gave up in the mid 90s and my father finally got a VHS, we finally could rent movies again as you hadn't been able to rent betamax since the mid 80s !!

 

there's a great insult to the baldies in he film...



...but i can't remember it!
