Is their anything i can buy over the counter or do my left eye lid has swollen , its not massive i dont think ive got anything in it , ive given it a wash with optrex , just wondered ??

It'll probably sort itself out - not worth buying anything. Just keep bathing it - salt water is fine - a teaspoon of salt to a pint of boiled water.
Probably just a stye and will either come to a head or just reduce in swelling after a few days

 

wait for the boiled water to cool first before applying to eye ! Ouch
