I'm an idiot. Ignore this as it's already been done elsewhere & I just didn't search thoroughly enough earlier. Found a nice drop leaf sliding mech. in the Hafele catalogue earlier though ref. HAFELE 642.40.008 Not cheap at about 40 vouchers though. Anyone used one?
I hadn't thought about that to be honest. I'm re-making the table to dimensions that will suit our travelling. The one that currently sits over the 12v chest fridge is too big but then again it is a top off a Deluxe cooker unit. Mine will be in a HPL different to the original grain. It will hinge like the original though. It could be done but I think the hardest part would be sourcing the leg, swivel support & cupboard mount & duplicating the grain of the original high pressure laminate. Something could be made close to OG. Why do you ask? Do you need one?
