OK, super excited, because we have just had it confirmed that Belinda Bus, our pale blue and white bay camper, has been booked to be filmed for a Halfords TV commercial this week. Whoop whoop! She is getting to be a pro at this, what with her last adventure filming the Plenty kitchen towel adverts. (We get all the glamour! Ha ha!)
Thats brilliant - excellent new for you all!! Any form of getting campers into the public concious is good (I draw the line at One Direction). As an aside - I would imagine that Halfords will need to publicise the fact that they sell bikes and camping kit. I would hope they would steer clear of any sort of promoting themselves as supplying things for cars and vans, like brake pads, disks filters etc as they seem to have stopped being useful for that a long while ago. Bit like Top Gear actually telling you anything useful about the car....
I would love to claim that it is through self promotion - but really, these people just found me on the internet and contacted me. I guess I am lucky!
