my dad was in a crash about a year ago, nothing serious but has started getting a few back problems and is now thinking about selling his bettle. This beetle is running standard seats and arent really helping his back. What other seats are quite easy too fit? Im not sure on the year, this is his beetle.
Two rails or three-point system? If three-point (my old 1973 1303 had them, then I think Golf Mk1 seats can be adjusted to fit - the rear legs have to be tweaked slightly, IIRC, but they use the same front centre mount.
i would of thought as long as you got the runners with the seats and bolt them to the floor, you may have to remove old fixing points...
