Baywatch

just got back in from an over nighter in Kent - very disappointed that even with the excellent weather, I only saw two campers, one bay, one splitty all weekend - both headed towards the coast on the A2. Anyone else been bay spotting today?

 

Yeah, saw a new style one and a Viking both heading to the coast at Felixstowe.

 

Saw a lovely cherry red Bay in Thamesmead on Friday, I'd just terrified the life out of Lola as we went to weigh in some scrap and batteries, coaxing her into the scrapyard with many words of reassurance and comfort so she didn't do anything rash :

Mad...wouldn't do that with any other motor :dizzy:

 

We saw a bay and a old old fire engine in a layby on the A1 between Grantham and Newark (south bound) not sure which had broken down ;D and another bay heading south on the same stretch .

At Southwell a bay was parked waiting for its driver to finish tonya's bike challenge.

down at Elham - mines turquoise and white and the bay I saw today was beige.

 

the only one i saw today was mine, took the family for a day out in the sunshine

 

So that's where g town is .any way we will be back as my daughter lives there now .fancy that

 

i've been out for a few hours today and didn't see a single van, got a wave off a golf and that's all, everybody must have been by the beach.

 

Saw hundreds. Well getting on for a ton, anyway. But then we were at a show...

Had great fun poking about other people's vans getting ideas for the interior.

 

Saw this one for sale in westgate on tuesday, now maybe with all this wet wet weather it might not be such a bad idea??

 

this is parked down towards the poor end of our road, anyone here ;D
