    Finally managed to get the wheel nuts undone, got a new valve on the van's flat tyre, and made it down to Exmouth in time for the music festival.
    The blurry thing that looks like a Christmas fairy on stage is Toyah !

    Because I had to hire the ladder for the whole Bank holiday weekend
    Them hire places rip you off if you're not careful ;)

    Try the Llyn Brianne dam drive next time you are in mid Wales. It is nice, but scary. My film was crud so I have posted a youtube vid of someone elses drive.

    Harrogate 10k next
    It's supposed to be the fastest 10k course in the country so I'm hoping to improve on my time
    The course record is 30 mins so if I can come in in the 40 bracket I'll be a happy chap
    Even if I come in slower it's great
    Medicine and the atmosphere is great at the races
