I WILL NOT be showing this to Ms.T. We're not wasting money on that as we've got several perfectly good tables as it is. There are better pieces of design which I feel we should acquire first ........... something like this perhaps.
The engineering is deffo German and shows bay window design DNA. So it folds up to make shelves, cool. I'd imagine people put stuff on said shelves, bit like when you fill the rear of the van with stuff at the back when travelling to camp. Someone comes round for dinner, what do you do with the stuff on the shelves, plonk it where you have no room? See the similarity when you camp.... Them Germans, geniuses.
not if you use it right..... sewing machines on bottom shelf, cutters, pins, clips patterns and rulers on next shelf fabric folded on upper shelves..... when opened to table it's all set up with two machines next to each other at one end and the rest of the table for marking cutting and pinning.... not that i've thought about it alllll night
That is cool, would be perfect for eating in front of the idiot box or having the laptop on it - not sure about using it for ironing.
