auto gearbox cooling

i have been converting my van to an auto
sadly the auto box i bought was slipping in 2nd and drive and adjusting the brake band made some difference but not a great deal
so i decided to but another 2nd hand box this time the only 1 i could find was from a t25 with the additional oil cooling
what i was wondering if any of you brainy lot know the size of the thread that comes out of the rear of the box

 

Obvious, but can you not unscrew it and measure it ?

 

i should of said, the gearbox in the pic is not mine, just a pic from tinternet
wish it was mine, sadly mine looks like its been sat in a field for 10 years, i live in hope

I have found the correct size so if anyone else is needing this info send me a large cheque to.... just kidding its m12 x 1.5

 

Thats the same size as K-jet hoses on mk1 golf i think. The ends of the injector hoses come off too so you can replace them with oil hose.

I have ordered a banjo bolt because theres not alot of clearance at the back of the box

 

Its these banjo connections on the fuel distributor that are the same size i think.
