I was just looking at it again when I heard a voice from behind me say "DO NOT even think about bidding for THAT!!!" Oh well, I'll just put it on the Xmas Wish list, maybe I've been very good this year. :-
Thats far too much money to make me forget at least 12 hours of my life One of my old sarges got me onto whisky and i was a lover of talisker for a fair while I cant go near the stuff anymore as even in slight moderation my memory shuts down and i end up just randomly wandering off
I Try not to drink any spirits nowadays but whisky has a deeper effect than say vodka I once shared a large bottle with a freind whilst smoking cigars and looking at his slide collection of classic cars I was wobbly when i bid him goonight and i remember locking the front door The wife found me asleep in the lavvu the next morning and id turned the garden into what looked like the base camp at everest/mixed with armaggedon No memory of it at all just what i was told and the obvious pack away and tidy up the next morning

Just like our vans, whisky is an investment. http://www.scotsman.com/news/scottish-news/edinburgh-east-fife/whisky_investors_cheered_by_rise_in_values_1_2084366 Shame none of the ones in this house stay in the bottle long enough to become an investment :beer_yum:
