if it doesnt have an engine and gearbox i think we all realise it will need them. i would buy it, good for welding practice.
Times are hard and developing digital photos for websites can be costly which is probably why the picture is so bad and it's starting bid is so low.
lol id buy it and then get the scrappy round the value of scrap is what to go up to for it then if its not viable to use it repair it or sell the parts on then just sell the metal ....i bet its better than you think just think of the burnt out fire ones which re rebuilt
