Anyone on here do Laser Cutting?

As the title says

I need a pulley spacer cut out of aluminium - anyone here do it, or can recommend?

Cripes, that was quick!

Approx 95mm diameter, with 57mm hole in the centre. Ideally six radial holes, but I can do that here easily. 8mm thick

 

you just need someone with a lathe or mill …

 

.....and 95mm diameter aluminium round stock, unfortunately That costs a bomb, but the 8mm plate I have cost me nothing

 

Try Malton laser cutting , owned by Charlie Corner - heroic bike racer and serial speed course attendee . In his 60s now but still daft as a brush...
