Yes I agree. I already own a camper van, why do you think I need a fridge magnet/egg cup/money box with a camper van on it. The charity shops and friends do well from my cast off VW related gifts!
I had to tell everyone in the end to stop buying me van tat! Why oh why would anyone need 14 camper van money boxes??
We've got three campervan money boxes, although must admit, of the van related eartha kit we've been given over the years, we do use these to pop small change in, amazing how it builds up over the course of the year...recently took nearly £300 out of them . But the rest, most of it splitty stuff, we never use. Some of our more observant friends/family have noticed that we have a bay though and getting bay stuff is nice.
Isn't it unfortunate that most manufacturers of this tat think that VW campers were all splitties? I'm not a fan of most of it either, although the fridge magnets I have I stuck on my dashboard. I was bought a money box years ago which I use to save 10p's and at least that is a late bay!
3 splittie cookie jars the same and a 40th birthday cake that was specifically requested as a bay. Gggrrrrr.
