Anyone know how to Spam?

I'm getting fed up with the amount of Shiite I get on email.
There must be a way of replying in the same manner and filling up their inboxes with carp?
Anyone know how to write a program that'll send an email every 10'secs for an hour or two?

 

I guess the sending address does not receive so will just bounce back to you box .

 

I think they generally hijack somebody else's email account to send them
