pretty sure you could make one yourself with a bit of creative thinking....if it's for fancy dress, you could buy a plastic plantpot and cover it in felt.....the brim could be a plastic paint pot lid.....stick a big buckle on and a belt around it.....instant Puritan

 

It's not for Fancy Dress. Those I can get on eBay.
I want a real (but not too expensive one).

Bet you could get one from one of those Civil War enactment groups...come to think of it, one of the chaps at last Techenders did that sort of thing I think......see if I can remember his name......brb

I know a milliner, but he's in Sydney & works for Opera Australia. He's very good but it may be a bit far for you
