Anyone got any olympic torch pics to share

  1. As this wont ever happen again in my life time i drove down and took some pics today of its journeyYoung runner waiting for the torch to arrive with a little flock of on lookers

    the hand over, have you got any to add of this historic occasion??
     
  2. We were going to go but it chucked it down so we didn't bother, kinds wished we had but when I saw it on tv was glad we didnt.

  8. My brothers sister in law was a torch carrier today apparently, he just posted the pics of his kids at home with the torch after the event.... News to me lol, though he does live in Kent

    I saw the police, a yellow car, police, a yellow bus, police, a loyds bus, police, coke bus and more police.

    I think they got fed up waiting for the torch and drove off.


    Oh no, that's right the torch was in the boot somewhere as it was driven most o the journey!

    I was disappointed!

    Those pics are great, I actually was pleased to see the convoy as didn't expect it to drive within 4ft of my car, would have been better to have seen it being carried. If they needed a rest I'd have carried it for half a mile

    My lads band played on bewdley staton in our local torch ceremony. I will put some pics up tomorrow.
     
  18. Thats really cool nice one for them and you as keep sake well done :)

    I've got some of the eldest with a touch at her brownies Olympics but they must be on my camera at work
    The relay through Stafford was one of those once in a lifetime things to see
