I think that the minor differences in the way that the Scottish are dealing with Covid 19 is so that they can pretend they are independent from the UK. It just adds to the confusion.
I've just been reading about the the death rate of covid 19 and it is interesting, what they are saying is that a lot of the reported covid19 deaths would of happened anyway let me explain , say someone has a heart attack or stroke and they die as a result but they also have a positive Covid19 test result then this death would be added to the daily death toll they are saying there could be thousands of these deaths
Quite right Baz, they’ve always been worried that the stats don’t show if people passed away as a direct result of Covid or not, it will take years for them to work that out, if they ever can

Sorry, Barry, the truly important number here is excess deaths compared to previous years. Not ultimately what's on the death certificate, if so and so many people die every April on average over the last ten years, then in April 2020 we observe 60% more deaths, the up tick is a result of either the pandemic itself, or its side effects.
Exactly, I'm not singing her praises but something similar happens to one of her gang and they walked , probably with a little push but an example was made .
