Hayley says I can't have any more pets as I didn't look after the last one.:(

I have a bundle of wasps in my loft. Not quite sure about ownership though.

  9. I'm wasted here....

Vespa (Italian pronunciation: [ˈvɛspa]) is an Italian brand of scooter manufactured by Piaggio. The name means wasp in Italian.

  12. Leave the top off your cold water tank. After a while, you’ll have bathwater with dead wasps in it

I went to a job where the hot water flow was bobbins after someone had been in and changed taps. I thought there must be an airlock so forced water back into the cylinder. I couldn’t work out what the bits were in the tap filter until I realised it was little wings and legs! Quick check in the attic, signs of a wasps nest and no top on the tank.

dead wasps caused hot water pipes to clog up :)

  17. We had a nest in the loft, but big gaps in the lid. They used to crawl in and drown, eventually reemerging in bits out of the bath taps. Yuk.

As wasps are wild animals, I think you'd need a licence to own one and even then, it could come under the dangerous insects act.
