Another stupid poptop moment !.

    Just a quick update , i have had a virus for a day or so and this elbow now has a burser starting on it again :(

    i will have to get down the quax a bit sharpish that burser was painful last time :(

    This reminded me of that scene in First Blood 1 where Rambo jumps off the cliff and uses a large mature tree to cushion the fall.

    He then stitches his arm back up with stuff from the handle of his knife.

    A truck driver smoking a ciggy with a swollen, dislocated forearm, and a brew in the other, parked in services is practically the same to mine eyes.

    Heroic stuff.
