Mods, please do not lock this thread. I am trying to get in contact with one of your sponsors (Joker) and despite PM's, texts, voicemails he is not responding yet is on-line on here a lot. His inbox has been full since this week so cannot PM him any more. Further to this thread ( http://thelatebay.com/index.php?topic=13434.0) I was please that Niall finally got in contact and texted to say he would collect the parts he bought off me start of April '12 (and agreed to collect end of April '12) last night (22/06/12) but didn't turn up or respond to the 3 voicemails I left him. If anyone of you know him please ask him to get in touch as I want the parts gone -I don't have the space and this is why we agreed that he would collect end April. So, given he has gone to ground, doesn't respond to texts, voicemails and claims not to have received most of what I send him I figured that if it was posted up here would have no excuse not to see my request for him to collect and pay the remaining for the parts. Niall, as my voicemails if you do not collect these parts by the end of this month you are loosing the £115 you have paid me. I have send you messages explaining you can collect 7pm to 10pm weekday nights and if it makes it easier then I will extend that to 7pm to 11pm (to end of this month). You were told you could also collect between 8am and 10pm weekends if this helps but you need to call and arrange this as I am not sitting about on the off chance you turn up -something you have yet to do. I would say that this is pretty reasonable and it is not like you live more than 50miles away. Just in case this seems like a crazy distance to drive, I have just sold a beam to a nice chap who drove about 150miles each way to collect -I also called you and left a voicemail in his presence and showed him the trail of messages just to have another god forum member be able to verify I have called and texted you. Now I understand people have issues, perhaps someone stole your fingers and tongue so you cannot call or text but this feels like you have just changed your mind or don't have the cash or have little regard for dealing with others? You tell me -no wait, you don't like to get in contact. Thing is that when you agreed to buy and collect the parts I said I don't have time to be messed about but would hold bits on deposit to end of month if that helped you although would have liked had them gone sooner. We discussed you had wasted my time on some other parts previously but this this was a misunderstanding so I thought ok, if you want the parts, bung up £115 and collect by end of the April, not abuse my offer and decide I would become your new parts storage place. You have my number so please collect the parts -simple.
Matt - Joker lives in Hereford or that area. Guys, can someone who has spoke to Niall point him in this direction so this problem can be resolved? I'll make it a sticky so it attracts Jokers attention BUT can we keep it clean please ;D
Thank you. As I say, all I want is Joker to collect the parts and pay the £100 he still owes. He gets good parts at a good price, I get rid of said parts and we both live happily ever after. I would not usually need to make something like this public but the issue needs resolving and my many attempts so far have not worked. Thing is, if you had given someone £115 for some parts, would you not been keen as mustard to collect or would you go quiet and let them chase you? Please guys, need your help Thank you, Matt

Your not the only one, he wanted my callipers and ball joints. But I know he is a busy chap and will collect them next time he's in my area. So they will stay on the shelf in the garage till then.
i can understand you getting frustrated but sarcasm is going to put him off dealing with you Matt , it would me tbh , its very unusual it must be doing your head in but you come across as very annoyed with him , it could be a difficult situation when you meet given the post i have just read .
Poptop2 I know where you are coming from and appreciate your post. I have no ill feelings for Joker, just want the parts gone and he isn't a young kid I just expected better in terms of communication. If he had an issue and communicated it I am sure something could have been worked out. However, as my post I told him from the onset I did not want to be messed about nor store parts; not something that was difficult to meet. As I understand it he runs and import businss on the side of some job which sees him work abroad alot. he may be busy but I would hope that given is regular attendance on this site he would have been able to pm me -or call?
Could i just add , i have had dealings with Niall and there were no problems . I hope you get this sorted soon .Im not taking anyones side just stating a fact .
johnny the diplomat. i agree though one of the mods should have e-mailed joker and left it at that, really it's not the way it's done, joker is a good guy but we don't know the circumstances here.
To set the record straight I have tried to PM Joker but something said his mailbox was full so the PM did not get delivered. I have bought parts off Matt before and found him to be bang on with costs, timescales of delivery and a good description of the parts quality hence the sticky to try and get Jokers attention. As soon as his attention is caught, this thread will vanish...a bit like Lord Lucan so please, lets leave the thread be for the two of them to see and get in touch in private. Looks like Joker was on line last Yesterday at 22:23:59 I called and left a voicemail yesterday 17.50 (uk dialing tone so guess he or his phone are still in the uk) and also sent a text 17.54; have also texted him this morning 08.56. Niall, I just want the parts gone please; Thursday is looming
Well, still no response and other voicemail left on his phone today at 19.14. I have posted up on 3 or his for sale ads as I hope that next time he is on the forum it might grab his attention. How hard is this guy to get hold of?

you recon he won the lottery ?and gone off on a mental road trip round usa....hope you resolve it all ...this isnt like joker
I know Joker wasn't in good health a few months back, I was after a roof he had but it fell through (not the roof). I just hope he's ok.
