An Englishman gave me his wood today

Never met him before and he gave me a FULL load and even invited me back next week for more of his wood and I don't have to pay a single cent.

 

Strange. Either he hasn't noticed that you are English and is trying to engage in a little Entente Cordiale or he has and will want to borrow something...

 

nice, although shame on you for strapping, you know real frenchies would just let it settle and if it stayed on the trailer all is good.
