Air hoses

  1. Hi guys. I'm gonna replace the air, hoses in the engine compartment and wanted to know which of these are best?

I'm replacing the 2 hoses from the fan and the one which appears to to feed cold air to the intake box.

Do I want to use the plastic ones or the aluminium ones. Both with circlips of course.

Or are they different products. Maybe plastic for hot air and aluminium for fresh air.

    Either should be fine.

  4. Not really fussed on how it looks apart from tidy and maintained. It looks dead tatty at the mo.

  5. use the aluminium ones they don't catch fire as quick as the plastic or card type

Shouldn't happen if they're clamped on though.....
Each to their own but it wouldn't bother me.
