Really sorry if this has been asked before. It’s been quite a few years since I last had our bus valued and wanted to update it to check I’m not under insured (suspect it is given the crazy prices online). I have had it valued by the T2 owners club in the past but they no longer offer valuations. Can anyone please recommend someone to do a valuation (Midlands based ideally) that would be accepted by insurers?
Brookside air cooled in hopwood gave me a valuation on my bay a few year back. Like yourself I could probably do with another one.
No expert on this but have spent lots of time recently on insurance matters ( ) It seems that most underwriters accept a “ valuation certificate “ but don’t specify what that is. Many accept photos of all elevations plus engine bay and speedo reading. Last year I used Adrian Flux with no problem. This year with them a total nightmare….not their fault just the CRAP underwriters they have switched to in order to attract new business. DO NOT USE ADRIAN FLUX…..until they change their underwriters. Their Underwriters are “ Markerstudy “ look at trust pilot …..amazing 90% + say awful…….never seen such bad figures yet Adrian Flux continue with them, ……perhaps they are are contracted and trying to get out. If they don’t AF will be ….doomed..
