Rusty Lee seems to be the go to guy for these.

  3. I like the original Devon beds....Bluebird customs make a more modern version, based on the same principle, which is very nice....
Rusty Lee always gets good reviews....homemades using westy style hinges from NLA are simple to build and will save you a couple of £100....
RnR's come up regularly on fleabay frames can be had for as little as £50....cushions and upholstery is where the costs can really vary.
if you can find a good quality king size Latex matress for the right money you'd have a much better seat/bed than the usual blue foam stuff sold by caravan companies

  4. Rusty lee are great for the price
Spending more wont get you a better bed

I have to ask why the username ?

  5. Just bought a Rusty Lee Full width R&R bed. Very pleased with it :)

  6. We made our own full width; westy hinges, ply plus foam from a local fabric shop, mix of og fabric and some new stuff in complimentary colours staple gunned on. Its not hard to do although we did have the original 3/4 bed to copy so dimensions off. Pics in my build thread (link in my sig below)
