ABS plastic cab door cards

  4. Not found any as yet. What madmatz sell even if it were for a bay isn't quite the thing. I don't want to screw them to the door. The ones i saw and should have bought had poppers into the normal holes the cards fit to. Im sure they were either from Germany or the US.

    Depends on how badly they are required. I have no choice but to buy some genuine VW stuff from the States, unless I compromise on quality which isn't happening all while original parts are available.
    However...surely these could be DIY effectively:thinking:

    I made ply ones by routing around MDF ones which I then chucked.

    No, the price is for a pair... but they don't ship outside the USA. It's a one man band. Something called "camperandbus" were bulk buying and selling them a decade ago but don't appear to sell anything these days.

  15. busand camper.com used to sell them, however they stopped as i think there wasnt enough interest. I bought mine from busandcamper in 2011, jeesh 10 years ago!!

    79 for the doors 21 for the kicks panels. bargain

    Heritage sold the kick panels for decades but sent me pesky cardboard ones when I ordered them. :rolleyes:

    I could do with a new pair of kick panels... router, you say?
    What thickness ply should I use?
