    Hi All,

Sorry I've been a little quiet recently - we've been really busy here in the Marketing department working on the Winter Rebate and getting everything ready for this years JK Advent Deals as well as getting things sorted out for our Christmas Open Day and moving forward with the issues and concerns that you raised in the 'Joshamy Kyle' thread.

You'll be glad to know that we're anticipating getting the new improved fuel hose into stock in the new year, and will of course keep you updated with that ;)

The hunt for higher quality chrome continues, as well as our search for improved quality rubber parts, both of which are issues that you really helped bring to the fore in the lengthy thread from a few weeks ago ;D
We're hoping to have a solution to many of these when Mark returns from his latest trip next week, so I'm sure you'll be getting an update about that soon too :)

We're also working on a few new products for various vehicles, which are all top secret at the moment (even I don't know all the details ::) ), but if you've got any suggestions on anything you'd like to see I'd love to hear from you :D

As ever, if you've got any questions or comments about anything here at JK just drop me a PM or an email at josh.reynolds@justkampers.co.uk

    Thanks
    Josh

I do recognize the efforts you have made replying to posts on here and other forums
But have we seen any real changes to the issues that have been brought to just campers over the last few months and on some cases years.

Talk is good but action is better
Cant believe it is that much work is it to source fuel pipe that's safe and up to the job.
To sort a discount code when you say you can have one if you phone and other supplier come on hear and offer them.

How about a list of the issues people have raised and a time scale for when they will be sorted.
How about sorting the issues before looking to expand the range.

High Quality rubbers - you don't need to hunt them out, you already sell them - just stop selling the crap ones. Everyone who knows what's what or reads the posts on forums buys the best ones. People who don't know any better, buy the cheap, or confusingly named german quality or whatever ones. These are not fit for purpose - I'm surprised you don't get sued. They then chuck them and buy the good ones. This particularly applies to the cab door seals. It's not good enough to sell versions of these that are so rock hard you can't shut the doors. They DO NOT bed in. Just sell the good ones and make a big thing of not bamboozling your customers. Word soon gets around. Campers are no longer owned by people on a budget, or if they are their budgets are substantially larger than 10 years ago. What people want is flush doors, not doors damaged by slamming them in the hope that one day they might actually shut.

Thanks cat. Remeber - one day all this will be yours. ;)
