Had to steal this from another site it made me laugh You can just see her taking down the bollards particulars and cautioning it, Anything you say will be taken down and used as evidence in a court against you Blah Blah Blah.
How come the police can park where their like, I had a blazing row with one in Bridgend about this, he said we are only doing our job, they pulled across a road causing an obstruction to give me a ticket for obstruction, we rowed for about 30 mins I wrote out my own PCN & stuck it under their windscreen, I got a ticket too but I successfully appealed it after sending pictures I took of the police van causing a masive road block lol.
Blocked this guy for half an hour while I made a few phone calls, my missus fed the baby & I tightened up my loose gearbox mounts.
