    I think I topped 43mph on my road racer,but it was down a hill for about two miles.:thumbsup:

    That's why mountain bikes began without having much more than suspension and brakes, basically on moped wheels.. they went back up on the ski lifts in summer time..

    Fastest I've ever been recorded was 52mph coming down Snowshill near Broadway, Evesham!!! :oops: I had disk brakes, whilst the £15k carbon crew didn't.

    That downhill run looks ace, though 23 mins is a long time to concentrate. :cool:
