No great surprise but the offer has been withdrawn, and orders cancelled, due to a "technical" error.

    :)

No it doesnt. They obviously made a mistake and rectified it as soon as they noticed. Nothing wrong with that.

  14. Joking in jest!

But I still don't use them, just find their service compared to others no so good.
    But then that's my choice.

    Swings and roundabouts I guess.

I've never had a problem with their service (although some of the stuff they sell isnt so good)

  17. I never had a problem with another supplier until at vanfest when I tried to buy something from them for £265 didn't say a cash deal only on the sign, only had £230 cash so asked if I could pay the rest on the card and the bad ass attitude back made say up yourS I'll get it else where that plus a door lock, supposed to be best quality, I bought broke on me and they tried to blame it on somebody breaking into he van, which I know it was'nt as I was on holiday at the tome in the middlE of nowhere van parked in the garden went out it was ok next time I went out the lock broke on me.

I must stop telling suppliers what I think of their service I really am narrowing down my choices of who to go to now. >:D

Do you think JK will ever be able to rebuild their reputation?? I've not had any problems but I've only dealt with them once. I'd love to work in their QC department but l feel l would run down their stocks to almost nothing. Shame really as we need competition in these hard times.

I bought the sunvisors which do not require drilling...they use the factory screw holes.

No the bloody dont, there was an inch between the hing pin & the plastic pivot in the middle...JK said mine was not a factory bus (the 77 Westy) so it was drilled wrong...how come the genuine VW ones fit ok? JK replied they must be wrong too!!
