I have the bracket to fit to a tow bar but no tow bar on my Bay. (yet)

I'd have thought Yellow was your colour!

 

Yellow one does 45 flat out, Blue one is closer to 80 witha lightweight (not me) on board but is scary enough at 70, hence the big alloy wheels, extended swingarm etc.

 

Paint the yellow one green and ill look after it for you

 

You keep the blue and give me the yellow, was the plan.
