Finally got round to finding a few pictures - so hello from the family and Ruby. As kids. me and my brothers grew up on summer holidays in Grandad's T2 Moonraker ( when the battery wasnt flat ), and progressed to Beetles and then.. Ruby first entered my life in 1990 when my younger brother bought the then undesirable T2 Bay. An old girl even back then, many months spent 'restoring her' resulted in what I now can only laugh at... However, for the princely sum of £1850 she left us in the early 90's to travel to Egypt. Roll on to middle age with two young girls, and a desire to recreate my childhood summers, and what turns up on Ebay, but our old girl. One remortgaging later (to include new engine and new floor) and here is Ruby, slowly regaining her inner youth. Ive posted a few questions on here in the past, with great answers, bought a few parts, and also posted a few, hopefully useful, answers - so hello all from north Surrey. Richard
