1977 bay window Devon / 1970cc £14k ono / Leicester Taxed until September 2016 MOT expires August 2016 She’s an honest bus and this is a very reluctant sale due to not having any time to use her which pains me to see the old girl sat doing nothing. She had a write-up in Jan 2015 Camper and Bus (Have a copy of the mag) Needs to go to go a good home. Currently in storage away from my home for the winter so please no time wasters and only serious people to view as it’ll take me time to get the van out for viewing. I stripped van out in 2013 and did the following: Re-spray Wax oiled New bushes, ball joints etc New window rubbers all round Full engine service New Tyres Interior floor with insulation through to the rear hatch Insulation to behind the door cards New Mud flaps New Plates New Rock n role bed New Foam Box Buddy seat Had two further services since which I have done, plugs, oil and filter Rear lap belts Jobs to do If I was to keep The foam on the rear hatch and rock n role bed need covering Both cab doors need some attention underneath as water has got in there at some point, be a day’s work for someone New curtains but the ones in are ok and do the trick
Looks a nice bus should find a new owner soon but the tax expires when the van changes owners, new rules, the new owner has to apply and take out vehicle tax before driving away and have insurance. You then receive a tax rebate. Good luck with sale though.
