  7. Tennis elbow is a nightmare, I had a steroid injection for mine, been 8 months now and its never came back !

  9. What i find amazing is how quick ur progressing it takes me a few weeks to do one panel although i am working outside on the drive lol which is a Pain in the a@@.

    You only need to switch the damper over if you're also moving and using the servo bracket as the servo would foul the damper.
    You could have removed those big flat extra flaps on the inside of your front arches.
