I know a couple people on here have done their own, who is it?
I have been thinking about chopping in the bay and getting something more reliable. But i kinda like the bay and i think if i got rid of it i would be regretful, and it hasn't let me down yet so why would i? *edit* i am not getting rid of it - nor am i thinking of an immediate conversion, this is a speculative thread*

Anyway a subaru conversion keeps swimming in my head and it looks relatively straight forward. So it seems. Although at present I have no idea where i will do it as it will definitely take me more than a week i'm sure.

Anyway, who has done it and how did you find it?

 

You haven't even used it! Mine is completely reliable as all the others I've had have been. You sir, have no patience. Any car with a fault will be unreliable until the fault is fixed.

 

im not talking as an immediate conversion i'm not made of money lol, and im fine with the bus how it is. I meant to say that i am sticking with the bay, the 'why would I' part refers to my own though pattern.
A subaru conversion wouldnt be on the cards until i have used this van enough to make my mind up.
I like my bus. I like my engine. I am impatient, but not with this bus. I have calmed down with it. Everything is being done methodically. ie. taking ages because i am doing it properly.
