they are brown,brown and white , grey. they were rolled up and cable tied together. none of them are live. just wandered what they are for??
according to wiring diagram brown battery earth terminal (pin8) brown/white body earth (pin17) gray battery positive terminal (pin6) if the gray isnt live it might have been disconected at the + terminal?
ok cheers but any idea why they are there? could they have been powering something? the other wires coming out of that test socket all go somewhere and work so curious about these.
yea i guess could have been anything over the years. thanks. they will be rolled back up and cable tied out of the way. out of sight out of mind ;D
If its what I am thinking and it goes in to a black socket it could be for the TDC sensor used in the diagnostic socket of trouble. Can you post a picture??
haha yes i realise they are part of that as the title of thread describes but didnt know if i was missing something they connect too. wouldnt think they have anything to do with reverse lights as they were there from the factory. looks like they have been connected to something in the past. been testing all the lights and electrics and everything works so its a mystery
