Evening all Im planning to run my old westy fridge on gas..took it out today to give it good clean and figure out what will be needed..anyway..my concerne is this flue liner..dont know but to my inexperienced eye it looks like asbestos?.. well the fridge being a late 70s model so Im going to get rid of it anyway but have you got any sugestions what to replace it with?..this maybe? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202994878670 There’s a lot of insulation materials out there but I dont want to spend fortune on 100 square meters I don’t need.. I would look out for pinholes in those crusty pipes after you treat the rust.. Fibre glass or rock wool will do.
