  1. Finally, after owning my camper for over a year I had my first trip (New Years Eve) that was purely for recreational reasons and not on my way to get something fixed.
Had a great time experiencing what it is like to live in a van. Still much to do but I am getting there.
This is mainly a thanks to @stirlingmoz, for fixing my headlights, the many a folk at Techenders who did this that & the other, advice from y’all on here, and also to my brilliant mechanics at www.brookesidevwaircooled.com.

I can recommend a stay at www.woodbridgeinnpewsey.co.uk. On the River Avon with Stonehenge, Salisbury and Old Sarum just 30mins away.

Next up I need to get my heating fixed!!! Had ice on the INSIDE the morning of my return.

All-in-all a brilliant time. I could live like this forever!

I think it's great getting away this time of year, so much quieter.

Get yourself one of the Chinese heaters fitted

  5. Duvet is very warm!! Feel perfectly comfortable once in bed, even in sub zero temps. Just not so comfortable sat watching Netflix

For Heating I’m currently looking at the following:
(For in front of the bench, on the cab floor and walkway between cab & cabin)

(For underneath the bench/bed to power off the Inverter).

Should do the trick, especially when cooking & hot drink making is going on

  6. If you enjoyed camping at this time of year, it's only going to be better when the weather is warmer :)
