240v question will this be ok?

    You could but then why have a big box? Also wiring is easier if you don't jam all the wires into one connection.

    to be fair until i take the front seat out to see what room i have left when i put the battery in i won't know for sure if i'm even using this one..... i've ordered my battery and got my c-tek plus my 12v fuse board etc, gonna do a bit over the xmas break and should all be up and running then.

    It's good fun to have an empty van and also actually know what you want in there isn't it?
    I went for a smaller box with miniture RCBO and wired the lot straight into it (I blame @Dicky). There's still room for more MCB's but it only takes up the space of a double socket. Dicky's box is even smaller but I thought the wiring would get too fiddly for me.

    yeah it's good, i think i'll have room and i guess if this one fits then the space wouldn't be used for anything else anyway, just wish i could get the units sorted but having to do things in stages....

    My battery takes half the space (rear) with the little black box and my solar panel controller in the front half with plenty space left.
