hi, i have a complete 2.0L CJ type 4 engine which i bought for my bay panel van, but may stick to a stock 1600 instead now. It was apparently run dry on oil and seized so will need a complete strip down and rebuilding, I know nothing more than that. The heat exchangers will need replacing, but the exhaust is rock solid. some of the bottom tinware is a bit rusty / rotten, but again its all there and could be used. just let me know what you think. After around £400 for it but open to sensible offers. I also have a 1700 short block from a 411 which is free as a bird & turns over by hand lovely, same engine as Porsche 914. It. has 3 barrels fitted but they are a bit rubbish with a couple of broken fins etc. Comes complete with the flywheel which is a rarity in itself. Has a bit of damage on the case where the oil filler neck bolts I think, would need a repair. After around £250 with the flywheel or near offer. Cheers guys.
