  1. 5000 pounds and you ship. Lots of people can help you with this, I can provider shipper numbers and deliver to them for you, it's easy to do!

1979 Riviera Poptop Camper Van with the nicest original Rivi interior I have come across. Nice folder of paperwork included with lots of reciepts/history, this camper has not seen the road for a number of years, here's what I know:
Interior: Excellent and clean original interior, the interior looks like it's been sat in a handful of times! Front seats are excellent and original, nice carpet, covers throughout, excellent front rubber mat, great door cards, mini dash table, poptop vinyl is in great condition, looks like an awning is up there as well, haven't unrolled it to check condition but assume it will be fine. Really a nice, nice interior, maybe some new custom curtains and the interior is done!
Body: Very straight and very solid/rust free/extremely minimal rust, maybe the battery tray?? I'll have to look through pics again, but very, very dry!
The bad though is rear end on passenger side near engine lid was hit, no attempt to pull dent out, just bondo right at the engine lid section towards taillight. Upper hatch is fine, no damage there, hit was low and done to look good from 10 feet away. Rear hatch and deck lid are not original to bus, Looks like the rest of the camper is original paint with pinstripe, should polish up nicely, but I'd have the rear lower section repainted to bring back to former glory.
Nose is great, rockers and underneath all great! Front windshield area is great. Body is solid, solid, solid, except for prior dent in rear that can be fixed easily.

    Mechanical:
Drove it around my lot, she starts right up, idles nicely, valves make a brief noise and then smooths out, forgetting the term for these kind of valves???? Engine sounds nice, but she's been sitting for years and should have a full service done, fuel lines replaced, gas drained, oil changed, etc. and anything else one does with these engines. Paperwork shows just a few thousand miles, lots of paperwork, the guy I purchased from said owners just became to old to drive and there she sat for years.

The dash on this bus is a 10 out of 10, so pretty and perfect.
A great opportunity to get into a well taken care of dry Riviera Camper, fix the rear or leave and enjoy as is.

6400 pounds gets her delivered to the UK Port using CFR Lines or 6700 and she goes directly to an Export Yard owned by Steve Mason(he lives nearby and ships over old cars, motorcycles etc) to Derbyshire where you can save some money on misc. fees from import.
Please check the forums for any other misc. costs such as VAT etc. I can also provide you numbers for CFR Lines and Steve Mason to contact directly, if you want to cover shipping, I'll minus the exact cost of CFRlines.
Title on camper is a salvage due to accident but does not effect registration, insurance etc. here nor effects shipping overseas, I've sent others with same title in the past.
UK references available, my number is 760-535-7990 pacific Time if you have questions,
    thanks for your time.

that's it, I have more pics, let me know what you want to see.

  2. Nice bus, tidy interior, looks a good buy

  3. Looks nice, no clutch pedal from the pics so I assume it's an automatic? Brown & auto, just like what Rickyroo's got.
Makes me wish I'd considered an import before buying my camper

  4. Not an automatic. Shes got a clutch, 4 speed stock setup! First pic shows the clutch and then a few others as well.
Make a Reasonable offer, she's ready for a new home!

  5. Motivated Seller, make me an offer!

  6. Almost sold, available again. 5000 pounds gets her delivered to the Port here in CA, you take care of shipping. CFRlines.com is a good start if you want delivered to southern port, or contact Steve Mason for delivery to Derbyshire.
    Cheers!
