SOLD.I bought this van as a project and it remains a project, but a good one. As far as I can tell, all panels and sills are solid and the chassis only requires a small patch welding in. The inner kick panel (I think that's what it's called) behind the deformation panel needs replacing, as does a small part of the o/s A post. I have bought repair panels from Schofields for the area between the rear wheel arches that for some reason the previous owner removed, so these need welding in. The roof and gutters are very solid. All doors are included and the majority of the glass, including three aluminium framed sliders.The 2l engine has been rebuilt with new barrels and pistons, a new clutch, mech fuel pump, battery and starter motor. All tinware is present and in good condition. Two original heat exchangers (one requires a replacement jacket). 6 rib gearbox has been cleaned and new gaskets fitted. Twin carbs have been refurbed. The previous owner replaced all the shock absorbers and associated suspension parts. The brakes were also overhauled. New petrol tank, fuel sender unit and rubber filler pipes, new front and rear bumpers, rear bumper irons, towbar and electrics included. Internally it has original drivers' seat and front bench, inertia seatbelts, dashboard with instrument pod, original loom, rearview mirror, sunvisors, full size metal rocknroll bed.
