  1. We are very reluctantly putting our beautiful Lola up for sale. Asking price is £13,000.00.

We bought her 9 years ago and have spent in excess of 13k on her restoration, the bulk was completed around 4 years ago and included new front, new front doors, new front arches, new sills, new jacking points and outriggers, a replacement sliding door, new rear arches, new corners, new engine bay lid, full respray in L31 Dove Blue. Plus a lot of other welding to the chassis. We upgraded the fuel lines to steel ones, and also fitted an Empi quick shift to reduce the throw of the gear stick to name a few other improvements.

She is a rare UK twin slider model, that has two sliding doors. She has never broke down on us in all the years we have had her, the longest trip we have done is 3 weeks in France travelling down the to Spanish border and back without any issues. We have the engine serviced and tuned every year, and has just been done with the Mot. Will put a full 12 month MOT on for new owner.

With regards to her history; she was born in the UK 1978, was originally green, and at some point was converted by Devon Interiors - still has the sticker behind the drivers' seat! That interior was long gone when we bought her, and we put in a bespoke shelved cupboard unit with sink and 3/4 rock and roll bed with shelved cupboard. Therefore lots of storage for all the camping gear. She is kept garaged when not in use and is dry stored over the winter. Full size spare wheel included under passenger bench seat.

The bad bits: the drivers seat is quite sunk and has a tear in, see pictures, there is also a few paint work chips also some scratches to the paint work on the back corner.

    Looks nice to me.
That connection from vac can to carb needs to route higher though. At the moment fuel can run into the vac can and rot the diaphragm.
