& Coleman Event Shelter & Franc GA130 trailer & Many VW spare parts (Some of which are sort after rare parts

Just need to pack your own bedding, cutlery and crockery and you’re away!

With a heavy heart and due to an expanding family, I’ve decided to sell my pride & joy, - ‘Winnie’ a late Bay Window, Westfalia Continental Malaga.
This is a UK registered RHD 1600 single port engine with a large arch lever folder full of history and receipts (including original VW service book stamped and other genuine VW material which came with the vehicle from new) along with a catalogue of photos on disc taken throughout its renovation.
    Taxed – April 2015 (tax exempt/historic)
    MOT – March 2015
Mileage currently shows 66k although this is recorded since a reconditioned engine fitted prior to my purchase. I’ve owned this bus since October 2002.
I bought it from a work colleague who owned it for a number of years and who in turn had bought it from her next door neighbour, who had purchased it from new. (Two previous owners to me and I know one of them who knows the other!)
I’m selling this as a ‘job lot’ so serious enquiries only please.
I will not be selling the odd part, trailer without the camper or awning without the trailer – what you see listed is the package.
PLEASE, No part exchanges, dreamers or tyre kickers.
A non-refundable deposit of £300 will secure with balance being paid by bank transfer within 5 working days thereafter and prior to release of the vehicle and goods and paperwork.
    Here’s what’s included:
1974 N registered VW T2 (late bay) now tax exempt/historic vehicle tax
Colour is pastel white (roof is polar white)
    UK registered & RHD
1600 single port engine – no messing about with setting up twin carbs and easy to look after. (sits comfortably at 60mph but will manage 70 when fully loaded)
I have recorded fuel intake and mileage over past few years on a spreadsheet average 20mpg – very good for this vehicle type.
Westfalia’s Continental Malaga model – getting quite rare now for a UK RHD model. – Especially in this condition!
    The layout consists of:
Driver & passenger seat up front.
    Westfalia buffet
Cabinet which housed the cool box (Now houses the fridge) plus kitchen drawer plus twin gas burner hob with grill attachment.
Cabinet housing sink & tap, wardrobe and two cupboards
Full width Rock n Roll bed with two rear seat belts with extensions
Side seat with swing fold out table
    Spare wheel in cargo area
Roof raises from rear hinge for double bed.
Therefore, two double beds and a cab hammock (incl) for a small child to sleep.
The vehicle is in an excellent condition.
Whilst I’ve owned this bus, it’s wanted for nothing.
Although I’ve details of history for the new prospective owner to look through prior to my ownership, I am listing what I have done since taking ownership in Oct2002:

    Things you should know
The only thing that springs to mind is the raising roof side canvas must have been stowed away wet and has left a mark on the canvas when dried out by the sun. This doesn’t affect the performance and the canvas is still weather-proofed.
I’ve kept all of the internal cabinets as original and after 40 years of usage, there’s signs of wear & tear, but this keeps to the character of the bus.
There are NO marks on the body-work/paint work and the engine is running the best it ever has. We have just returned from a 10 day holiday to Cornwall and had no issues what so-ever with the camper van.
Reluctantly, we are out-growing it space-wise for all of the crap that we have to take with us.
I’m going to use the money to buy something bigger.
That is the genuine and only reason for selling.
    Also included in the sale:
2 x GAZ gas cylinders which fit inside the camper van.
    Fiamma two bike rack
Pro-Tec professional made Caravan Protection Cover – had tailor made for bus
    Spares included:
I’m including 4 x very very good condition bumper over-riders for a late bay, complete with fitting seals, fixing bolts and brand new bumper strips.
These were purchased from Kieft en Klok in Holland and are as good as they get.
(The only reason why I have not fitted these was because it was either keep the bumper rubber inserts currently fitted, or take these off and fit the over-riders. The over-riders are quite rare to get hold of, but I like the bus as it is)
    2 x Rear Light Lenses & housings
55a alternator (nothing wrong with it, just wanted a heavy duty version)
