  1. Hi everyone .
Just started the restoration , i managed to weld in the front seatbelt plates, now is the time for the front jacking points however looks like i need to drop the belly pans? to weld the jacking points all around, .
Is it easy to remove the belly pans , is there a step by step , ii will post some photos today, Thanks, Steve.

  2. The middle one is a bolt in job and if like mine I had to cut my side one off . Not good lying on the ground

  3. Side ones are welded on - it's supposed to be part of the rigidity of the chassis (although many vans do not have them). Any bus with only 1 sliding door is rigid enough without them, although my twin slider does not have them, the chassis is a bit 'flexible'. I have seen people grind them off but make them bolt on so they can be easily removed in future.
