For spares turns a little so I would say it seized on the rings, I will oil it see if it frees off.

These are 85hp stock

 

Dropped some oil in the bores and it now turns over by hand

Also will it mate up to a type 4 boxwithout flywheel mods/ clutch?

 

It's a type 4 engine so will slot straight in, it's either out of a 412 variant or a porsche 914, the position of the dipstick suggests porsche I believe

 

any other pics/ did it contain oil in sump?

 

Yup oil in the sump, what would you like pictures of? The alternator is there and so are the heat exchangers

 

Why dont you use it be a cracking lump?

 

I got it to put in my porsche 911 as a temperary measure but the correct engine had come up for sale, I already have perfect engines for all my vehicles and no time to mess about with this one .
